Shipping

Please note that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days.

For non-customized products:

  • Tote Bags: Shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Apparel Products: Shipped within 1-3 business days.

For customized products:

  • Custom Tote Bags: Shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • Custom Apparel Products: Shipped within 2-7 business days.

Orders totaling $300 or more qualify for free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.


Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment and its updates. Most orders are delivered within 3 business days, depending on their volume and shipping method. Orders requiring LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping may take 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.


Carrier Responsibilities and Claims

TOTEBAGEXPRESS is not responsible for errors caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries. In the event of an issue, you must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date with all relevant details.

Please note that after the 3-business-day window, we will no longer be able to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We strongly recommend ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of purchase to minimize potential issues.
