Return and Refund Policy

Before contacting us regarding a return or refund, please ensure you have your order invoice on hand, including details such as the SKU number, color, and quantity of the items in question.

Return Eligibility Terms

  • No Returns on Altered Products: We cannot accept returns on bags that have been printed, washed, or altered in any way.
    Pro Tip: Always inspect your bags upon delivery and before customization.
  • Defective Products: Defective bags must be returned with a piece of tape clearly marking the defect for inspection.
  • Time Limit for Returns: Returns are not accepted for bags that have been in your possession for more than 30 days or for bags that are no longer available in our inventory.
  • Claims for Missing or Damaged Items: Claims for any missing or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  • Authorization Required: Returns without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be refused by our warehouse.
  • Documentation: To facilitate processing, include a copy of your invoice with the return. Credits will typically be issued within two weeks of receiving the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: All returned or refused shipments will incur a restocking fee of 25% or $25 (whichever is higher) in addition to the costs of both outbound and return shipping.

Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit or replacement options will be provided as applicable.
  • Incorrect Orders: If your order was processed incorrectly, we will cover the original shipping costs and provide a return shipping label for the incorrectly shipped items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on their product page are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Replacements

  • We offer replacements for orders with incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Replacement orders will be processed for the same items as in the original order.
  • Exchanges Not Allowed: Requests for replacements cannot include changes to colors, sizes, or other variations. A new order must be placed for exchanges or alterations.
